Senator Lawrence J. Pogemiller called the meeting to order at 10:12 a.m.

S.F. 351: Senator Marty: Lobbying restriction imposition for former public office holders *Pursuant to Rule 21.



Senator Berglin moved that S.F. 351, reports the same back with the recommendation that the report from the Committee on State and Local Government be adopted and the bill do pass. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 185: Senator Torres Ray: Legislative coordinating commission (LCC) ethnic heritage and cultural diversity authority expiration extension.



Senator Cohen moved that S.F. 185, be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Finance Committee. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 1117: Senator Pogemiller: Legislative day definition modification.



Senator Pogemiller moved that S.F. 1117, as amended, be recommended to pass. - MOTION ADOPTED.
