S.F. 550: Senator Prettner Solon: Power companies excess energy savings carry forward allowance; legislative energy commission study.



Senator Doll moved that S.F. 550, as amended, be recommended to pass. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 1006: Senator Anderson: Local government renewable energy grant program bond issue and appropriation.



Senator Anderson moved that S.F. 1006, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the Finance Committee. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 997: Senator Anderson: School district renewable energy grant program bond issue and appropriation.



Senator Anderson moved that S.F. 997, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the Finance Committee. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 1062: Senator Rosen: Green job opportunity building zones (green JOBZ) and tax incentives; small business investment company job growth investment tax credits; public utilities biomethane energy.



Senator Rosen moved that S.F. 1062, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the Taxes Committee. - MOTION ADOPTED.
