Senator Thomas M. Bakk called the meeting to order at 8:46 A.M.

S.F. 1427: Senator Wiger: North St. Paul tax increment financing extension authorization.



Senator Bakk moved that S.F. 1427, be laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 1550: Senator Doll: Credit reimbursements protection for cities of net contributors to fiscal disparities from unallotment and aid cuts.



Senator Bakk moved that S.F. 1550, be laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 331: Senator Rest: Tax refund claims time modification.



Senator Bakk moved that S.F. 331, be laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill. - MOTION ADOPTED.
