Senator Scott Dibble called the meeting to order at 5:50pm.

S.F. 1279: Senator Foley: Coon Rapids U.S. highway #10 projects bond issue and appropriation.



Senator Day moved that S.F. 1279, be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Finance Committee. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 827: Senator Saltzman: Interstate highway #94 corridor transit way bond issue and appropriation.



Senator Saltzman moved that S.F. 827, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the Finance Committee. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 1043: Senator Sheran: Minnesota Valley regional rail authority loan forgiveness agreement.



Be removed from agenda by author request.

S.F. 42: Senator Murphy: Kathryn Swanson Seat Belt Safety Act; seat belt use law expansion and violation as primary offense, surcharge imposition for offenders.



Senator Murphy moved that S.F. 42, be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Finance Committee. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 1178: Senator Bonoff: Little Crow transit way bond issue and appropriation.



Senator Bonoff moved that S.F. 1178, be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Finance Committee. - MOTION ADOPTED.
