Senator Satveer S. Chaudhary called the meeting to order at 12:40 p.m.

S.F. 353: Senator Chaudhary: State outdoor recreation system land sales prohibition.



Senator Chaudhary moved that S.F. 353, be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Finance Committee. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 805: Senator Saxhaug: Scale cut forest products on state lands elimination.



Senator Saxhaug moved that S.F. 805, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the Finance Committee. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 1094: Senator Saxhaug: Local government water resources protection and management program grants match requirement modification.



Senator Chaudhary moved that S.F. 1094, be laid over and maybe considered for omnibus bill.

S.F. 988: Senator Chaudhary: Soil and water conservation cost-share program modifications.
