discussion of OHE's Minnesota State Grant Review report as well as Enrollment Patterns of Low-Income Families
S.F. 1293: Senator Pappas: Higher education institutions and high schools partnership for college; Minnesota promise for higher education; ACHIEVE scholarship program revisions.
