Senator Steve Murphy called the meeting to order at 6:31pm.

S.F. 1089: Senator Dibble: Railroad track maintenance income tax credit.



Senator Dibble moved that S.F. 1089, be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Taxes Committee. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 541: Senator Higgins: Traffic-control devices automatic enforcement (photo cop) authorization; trauma center assistance fund.



Senator Dibble moved that S.F. 541, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the . - MOTION ADOPTED.

SF 359 - Pappas: Smoking in motor vehicles with children prohibition.



As amended and referred to the Finance Committee without recommendation.
