Senator John Marty called the meeting to order at 12:49pm.

S.F. 1101: Senator Pappas: Human trafficking victims Minnesota family investment program (MFIP) waiver authority and eligibility requirements.



Senator Berglin moved that S.F. 1101, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the Finance Committee. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 422: Senator Berglin: MFIP family stabilization and work programs provisions modifications.



Senator Berglin moved that S.F. 422, be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Finance Committee. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 481: Senator Berglin: MFIP and food stamp provisions modifications.



Senator Berglin moved that S.F. 481, be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Finance Committee. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 480: Senator Marty: Minnesota family investment program (MFIP) housing penalty repeal.



Senator Marty moved that S.F. 480, be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Finance Committee. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 977: Senator Erickson Ropes: Corporate adult foster care and corporate child foster care providers set aside disqualifications extension.



Senator Erickson Ropes moved that S.F. 977, be laid over.

S.F. 978: Senator Erickson Ropes: Shaken baby syndrome training for licensed child care, child foster care and family child care programs modifications.



Senator Erickson Ropes moved that S.F. 978, as amended, be recommended to pass. - MOTION ADOPTED.
