Senator Yvonne Prettner Solon called the meeting to order at 3:15 p.m. Senator Prettner Solon let members and the public know that the bills heard today will be re-referred to the Finance Committee for consideration of economic stimulus funds (with the exception of SF 540).

Weatherization Overview


S.F. 540: Senator Erickson Ropes: Winona county economic development authority limited liability company (LLC) formation authorization.



Senator Dibble moved that S.F. 540, be recommended to pass. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 1405: Senator Prettner Solon: Residential Energy Efficiency.



Senator Prettner Solon moved that S.F. 1405, be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Finance Committee. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 961: Senator Stumpf: Public buildings energy-efficient windows and private residence energy efficient projects appropriations.



Senator Olseen moved that S.F. 961, be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Finance Committee. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 996: Senator Anderson: St. Paul demonstration program for commercial and industrial energy efficiency improvements; appropriation.



Senator Anderson moved that S.F. 996, be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Finance Committee. - MOTION ADOPTED.
