Senator Mee Moua called the meeting to order at 3:11pm.

S.F. 237: Senator Carlson: Fallen Firefighters Memorial Day designation.



Senator Scheid moved that S.F. 237, be recommended to pass and placed on the Consent Calendar.

S.F. 265: Senator Kelash: Violent crime alert notification requirement.



Senator Scheid moved that S.F. 265, be recommended to pass.

S.F. 30: Senator Higgins: Methamphetamine precursor drugs written or electronic documents retention time period requirements.



Senator Higgins moved that S.F. 30, be recommended to pass.

S.F. 534: Senator Murphy: Escapee from custody on an allegation or adjudication of a delinquent act arrest authorization.



Senator Foley moved that S.F. 534, be recommended to pass.

S.F. 97: Senator Murphy: Medical use of marijuana.



Senator Betzold moved that S.F. 97, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the Finance Committee.

S.F. 70: Senator Rest: Constitutional amendment for judges retention elections.



Senator Scheid moved that S.F. 70, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the .
