Senator Steve Murphy called the meeting to order at 12:41pm.

S.F. 315: Senator Skogen: Seat belt requirements for school motor coaches modification.



Senator Dibble moved that S.F. 315, as amended, be laid over. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 208: Senator Vandeveer: Freeway shoulder statewide transit and metro mobility use authorization; regional passenger motor carrier metropolitan bus stop and shelter use authorization.



Senator Carlson moved that S.F. 208, as amended, recommended to pass and maybe considered for omnibus bill. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 740: Senator Jungbauer: Anoka county design build contract process use for construction of intersection of U.S. highway #10 and county state-aid highway #83.



Senator Jungbauer moved that S.F. 740, be recommended to pass. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 746: Senator Rest: Highway centerline relocation provision; county state-aid highways and municipal state-aid streets; advertising devices placement; lands abutting rail bank property.



Senator Rest moved that S.F. 746, be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Finance Committee. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 599: Senator Rest: Motor vehicle lighting display requirements expansion.



Senator Rest moved that S.F. 599, as amended, laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 916: Senator Dibble: Electric vehicle infrastructure and incentives for adoption and use of electric vehicles.



Senator Dibble moved that S.F. 916, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the . - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 453: Senator Murphy: Cargo tank vehicles weight restriction exemption.



Senator Murphy moved that S.F. 453, as amended, be recommended to pass. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 454: Senator Murphy: Hazardous materials registration and permit requirements abolishment.

S.F. 345: Senator Stumpf: Enhanced drivers license and identification card creation.
