FY 08 Senate Audit Report
H.F. 392: Lenczewski *Pursuant to Rule 21: Federal tax update; net income and payment of corporate franchise tax refunds modification; appointment of commissioner of revenue requirements modification; withholding on differential pay tax penalty assessment prohibition.
Senator Bakk moved that H.F. 392, Tax Committee report be adopted as amended and referred to the Senate floor. - MOTION ADOPTED.
