S.F. 240: Senator Metzen: Minnesota Land Conservation Property Tax Law.



Senator Vickerman moved that S.F. 240, be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Taxes Committee. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 386: Senator Skoe: Minnesota agricultural property tax law (Green Acres) provisions modification; property tax class 2a, 2b, and 2c classification requirements modification.



Senator Vickerman moved that S.F. 386, be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Taxes Committee. - MOTION ADOPTED.
