Senator John Marty called the meeting to order at 12:36pm.

Senator Torres Ray moved that S.F. 97, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the . - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 203: Senator Kubly: Rural health cooperative arrangements antitrust immunity and review procedures.



Senator Berglin moved that S.F. 203, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the Commerce and Consumer Protection Finance and Policy Committee. - MOTION ADOPTED.
