Senator Ann H. Rest called the meeting to order at 3:11 PM

S.F. 104: Senator Murphy: Cannon Falls library and fire station construction design-build process contracts award authorization.



Senator Sieben moved that S.F. 104, be recommended to pass.

S.F. 103: Senator Olseen: Taylors Falls border city development zones designation authority.



Senator Olseen moved that S.F. 103, be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Taxes Committee.

S.F. 41: Senator Vickerman: Jackson county board county auditor-treasurer appointment authorization.



Senator Vickerman moved that S.F. 41, be recommended to pass.

S.F. 57: Senator Rest: Minnesota management and budget (finance) commissioner duties modification.



Senator Rest moved that S.F. 57, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the Finance Committee.
