Senator Dibble moved that S.F. 1812, as amended, be recommended to pass. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 2305: Mower county wind energy conversion systems alien and nonAmerican corporation ownership of agricultural land exemption, wind energy production tax payment requirement.



Senator Marty moved that S.F. 2305, be referred to the without recommendation. - MOTION PREVAILED.
