Senator Lawrence J. Pogemiller called the meeting to order at 2:12 pm

S.F. 2173: Senator Clark: Breach of insurance policy damages and attorney fees recovery.



Senator Clark moved that S.F. 2173, pursuant to rule 2.03, the committee report from Commerce Committee be adopted.. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 962: Senator Prettner Solon: Duluth aircraft facilities state financing modifications.



Senator Frederickson moved that S.F. 962, be referred to the Finance Committee without recommendation. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 599: Senator Vickerman: Resolution to end trade, financial and travel restrictions to Cuba.



Senator Langseth moved that S.F. 599, be recommended to pass. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 118: Senator Pappas: Capitol area architectural and planning board legislative membership expansion.



Senator Metzen moved that S.F. 118, as amended, be recommended to pass. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 1178: Senator Berglin: Human services advisory committee to simplify program administration and efficiency study.



Senator Berglin moved that S.F. 1178, be recommended to pass. - MOTION ADOPTED.
