Senator Mee Moua called the meeting to order at 3:15 PM. Quorum was reached at 3:15 PM.

S.F. 443: Senator Higgins: Scrap metal dealers regulation.



Senator Higgins moved that S.F. 443, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the Finance Committee. - MOTION CARRIED.

S.F. 345: Senator Murphy: Medical use of marijuana.



Senator Foley moved that S.F. 345, be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Finance Committee. - MOTION CARRIED.
