Senator Yvonne Prettner Solon called the meeting to order at 3:12 p.m. Senator Prettner Solon relinquished the Chair to Senator Doll for the remainder of the hearing on S.F. 145. 3:13 - Senator Doll announced that a quorum was present.

S.F. 145: Senator Prettner Solon: Energy Policy Omnibus Bill.



Senator Prettner Solon moved that S.F. 145, as amended, be recommended to pass. - MOTION ADOPTED.
