Senator Thomas M. Bakk called the meeting to order at 10:40 AM.

S.F. 1611: Prekindergarten Education Act; basic general education formula allowance increase; university of Minnesota, MnSCU and office of higher education funding increase; income tax rates modification.



Senator Pogemiller moved that S.F. 1611, as amended, be recommended to pass. - MOTION PREVAILED.
