Senator Mee Moua called the meeting to order at 4:36 PM. Quorum was reached at 4:58 PM.

S.F. 927: Senator Latz: Crime victims employer retaliation protection expansion.



Senator Olson moved that S.F. 927, as amended, be recommended to pass. - MOTION CARRIED.

S.F. 1221: Senator Torres Ray: Child welfare provisions modifications.



Senator Olson moved that S.F. 1221, as amended, be recommended to pass. - MOTION CARRIED.

S.F. 1525: Senator Doll: Pipeline violations penalties increase.



Senator Higgins moved that S.F. 1525, be recommended to pass and placed on the Consent Calendar. - MOTION CARRIED.

S.F. 310: Senator Berglin: Tetrahydrocannabinol and alcohol use by pregnant women mandatory reporting requirement; civil commitment chemically dependent pregnant women early intervention treatment.



Senator Higgins moved that S.F. 310, as amended, be recommended to pass. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 443: Senator Higgins: Scrap metal dealers regulation.
