Senator Mee Moua called the meeting to order at 6:12 PM. Quorum was reached at 6:12 PM.

S.F. 958: Senator Rest: Geotechnical investigation property entry authorization; reestablishment cost limits; bridges and culverts inspection requirements; rail service and rail bank modifications.



Senator Olson moved that S.F. 958, as amended, be recommended to pass. - MOTION CARRIED.

S.F. 1338: Senator Sheran: 911 emergency data use for public notification; telecommunications service providers liability immunity.



Senator Neuville moved that S.F. 1338, as amended, be recommended to pass. - MOTION CARRIED.

S.F. 794: Senator Neuville: Homestead property exemption modification and inflationary adjustment; homestead judgment enforcement regulation.



Senator Neuville moved that S.F. 794, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the . - MOTION CARRIED.

S.F. 1349: Senator Olson: Guardians ad litem attorney general representation; state court administrator and district court administrators provisions modification; judges expense payments provisions modification.



Senator Olson moved that S.F. 1349, as amended, be recommended to pass. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 1271: Senator Neuville: Child support policy clarifications and modifications; child support judgments enforcement time periods extension.



Senator Neuville moved that S.F. 1271, as amended, be recommended to pass. - MOTION CARRIED.
