Senator John Doll called the meeting to order at 3:18 p.m.

Senator Sparks moved that S.F. 1019, as amended, recommended to pass and placed on the Consent Calendar. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 1294: Senator Olseen: Public utilities commission electronic filing authorization.



Senator Olseen moved that S.F. 1294, as amended, recommended to pass and placed on the Consent Calendar. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 1490: Senator Jungbauer: Property tax exemption for proposed electric generation peaking plant personal property.



Senator Jungbauer moved that S.F. 1490, be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Taxes Committee. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 252: Senator Jungbauer: Elk River state energy city designation.



Senator Jungbauer moved that S.F. 252, be recommended to pass. - MOTION ADOPTED.
