Senator Jim Carlson called the meeting to order at 8:49 am.

S.F. 958: Geotechnical investigation property entry authorization; reestablishment cost limits; bridges and culverts inspection requirements; rail service and rail bank modifications.



Senator Rest moved that S.F. 958, be recommended to pass and re-referred to the . - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 413: Trunk highway #169, Hennepin county state aid highway #81 and 85th avenue north intersection interchange bond issue and appropriation.



Senator Carlson moved that S.F. 413, be laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 1071: Automated traffic law enforcement system (photo cop).



Senator Dibble moved that S.F. 1071, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the . - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 1672: Counties joint powers boards for local transportation sales and excise tax imposition.



Senator Dibble moved that S.F. 1672, be laid over and maybe considered for omnibus bill. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 1637: Trunk highway #100 reconstruction bond issue and appropriation.



Senator Carlson moved that S.F. 1637, be laid over and maybe considered for omnibus bill. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 1638: St. Louis Park trunk highway #7 construction bond issue and appropriation.



Senator Carlson moved that S.F. 1638, be laid over and maybe considered for omnibus bill. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 1624: Motor vehicles registration, title transaction and drivers licenses fees increases; vehicle related payments by credit or debit card.



Senator Rest moved that S.F. 1624, be laid over and maybe considered for omnibus bill. - MOTION PREVAILED.
