Senator Mee Moua called the meeting to order at 7:11 pm.

S.F. 680: Senator Latz: License reinstatement fee and surcharge imposition for certain driving offenses.



Senator Betzold moved that S.F. 680, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the Finance Committee. - MOTION CARRIED.

S.F. 447: Senator Olseen: Motor vehicle hit and run offenses owner or lessee penalty.

S.F. 1005: Senator Moua: Motor vehicle theft victims emergency grant authorization.



Senator Moua moved that S.F. 1005, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the Finance Committee. - MOTION CARRIED.

S.F. 493: Senator Moua: Criminal gang activity as public nuisance.



Senator Moua moved that S.F. 493, as amended, be recommended to pass. - MOTION CARRIED.
