Senator Leo T. Foley called the meeting to order at 12:45p.m.

S.F. 727: Senator Chaudhary: Crime of theft of computer with identity information.



Senator Ingebrigtsen moved that S.F. 727, be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Finance Committee. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 1117: Senator Chaudhary: Crime of burglary in the second degree modification.



Senator Ingebrigtsen moved that S.F. 1117, be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Finance Committee. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 643: Senator Moua: Crime of internet use to solicit children to engage in sexual conduct and to communicate sexually explicit material to children.



Senator Ingebrigtsen moved that S.F. 643, be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Finance Committee. - MOTION PREVAILED.
