Senator Mee Moua called the meeting to order at 3:08 PM. Quorum was reached at 3:08 PM.

S.F. 851: Senator Higgins: Sex offender assessment evaluation requirement expansion.



Senator Higgins moved that S.F. 851, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the Finance Committee. - MOTION CARRIED.

S.F. 1340: Senator Higgins: Public defender services in fourth judicial district study.



Senator Higgins moved that S.F. 1340, as amended, be recommended to pass. - MOTION CARRIED.

S.F. 1053: Senator Rummel: Ramsey county corrections provision modifications.



Senator Ortman moved that S.F. 1053, be recommended to pass and placed on the Consent Calendar. - MOTION CARRIED.

S.F. 1179: Senator Berglin: Drug free and prostitution free zones expansion; Minneapolis and St. Paul drug free and prostitution free zone pilot projects.
