Senator Yvonne Prettner Solon called the meeting to order at 3:07 p.m.

S.F. 997: Senator Dibble: Energy conservation provisions modifications; public utilities decoupling rate mechanism pilot projects; state government energy savings plan development; landlords energy savings.



Senator Dibble moved that S.F. 997, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the Finance Committee. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 1160: Senator Tomassoni: Public utilities conservation reinvestment program expenditures provisions modification.



Not heard, laid over.

S.F. 144: Senator Erickson Ropes: Winona county electric power generation facility ownership.



Senator Olseen moved that S.F. 144, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the . - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 1510: Senator Olseen: Chisago, Isanti and Pine counties renewable energy facility feasibility study grant appropriation.



Senator Olseen moved that S.F. 1510, be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Finance Committee. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 1244: Senator Anderson: Rural wind energy development program and revolving loan fund establishment.



Senator Anderson moved that S.F. 1244, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the Finance Committee. - MOTION ADOPTED.
