Senator Yvonne Prettner Solon called the meeting to order at 3:14 p.m.

S.F. 1151: Senator Latz: 911 emergency telecommunications service fee increase; statewide public safety radio communication system bond sale authorization and appropriation.



Senator Jungbauer moved that S.F. 1151, be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Finance Committee. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 477: Senator Saxhaug: Koochiching county economic development authority plasma torch gasification facility feasibility study appropriation.



Senator Sparks moved that S.F. 477, be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Finance Committee. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 480: Senator Kubly: Bioenergy initiatives, bond issue and appropriations.



Senator Rosen moved that S.F. 480, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the Finance Committee. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 904: Senator Kubly: Geothermal revolving loan fund and appropriation.



Senator Olseen moved that S.F. 904, be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Finance Committee. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 1011: Senator Kubly: Geothermal heating and cooling equipment sales tax exemption.



Senator Dibble moved that S.F. 1011, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the Taxes Committee. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 538: Senator Kubly: State funded buildings heating and cooling policy.



Senator Rummel moved that S.F. 538, as amended, be recommended to pass. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 1282: Senator Anderson: Minnesota renewable hydrogen initiative.



Senator Anderson moved that S.F. 1282, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the Finance Committee. - MOTION ADOPTED.
