Senator Leo T. Foley called the meeting to order at 12:36p.m.

S.F. 675: Senator Higgins: Fourth judicial district abandonment of nonfelony bail and disposition of forfeited sums.



Senator Higgins moved that S.F. 675, be laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 322: Senator Betzold: Tetrahydrocannabinol and alcohol use by pregnant women mandatory reporting requirement; civil commitment chemically dependent pregnant women early intervention treatment.



Senator Betzold moved that S.F. 322, be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Finance Committee. - MOTION PREVAILED.
