Senator Mee Moua called the meeting to order at 6:48 PM. Quorum was reached at 6:49 PM.

S.F. 1117: Senator Chaudhary: Crime of burglary in the second degree modification.



Senator Limmer moved that S.F. 1117, be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Finance Committee. - MOTION CARRIED.

S.F. 727: Senator Chaudhary: Crime of theft of computer with identity information.



Senator Olson moved that S.F. 727, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the Finance Committee. - MOTION CARRIED.

S.F. 780: Senator Neuville: Crime of theft, dishonored checks and damage to property monetary thresholds adjustment.



Senator Neuville moved that S.F. 780, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the Finance Committee.

S.F. 294: Senator Ortman: Criminal records expungement provisions restructuring and recodification.

Senator Betzold moved that S.F. 644, be laid over.
