Senator Ellen R. Anderson called the meeting to order at 12:40pm.

S.F. 239: Senator Sheran: Renewable energy production incentive payments eligibility extension.



Senator Kubly moved that S.F. 239, be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Finance Committee. - MOTION CARRIED.

S.F. 450: Senator Anderson: Environment and natural resources appropriations; legislative citizen commission on Minnesota resources meeting requirements modification.



Senator Anderson moved that S.F. 450, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the Finance Committee. - MOTION CARRIED.

S.F. 141: Senator Kubly: State parks and recreation areas operations and state trail operations and maintenance appropriations.



Senator Kubly moved that S.F. 141, be laid over. - MOTION CARRIED.
