Senator Linda Higgins called the meeting to order at 3:10 p.m.

S.F. 298: Senator Wergin: Peace officer standards and training (POST) board appropriation increase.



Senator Ingebrigtsen moved that S.F. 298, be laid over. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 334: Senator Koering: Law enforcement agencies defibrillators purchase appropriation.



Senator Berglin moved that S.F. 334, be laid over. - MOTION CARRIED.

S.F. 779: Senator Murphy: Chemical dependency treatment services expansion.



Senator Rosen moved that S.F. 779, be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Finance Committee. - MOTION CARRIED.

S.F. 1022: Senator Marty: DWI and chemical dependency prevention initiatives (Discussion Only).



Senator Higgins moved that S.F. 1022, discussion only. - MOTION CARRIED.
