Senator Mee Moua called the meeting to order at 3:08 PM. Quorum was reached at 3:08 PM.

S.F. 660: Senator Skoe: County board regional jail system withdrawal authority modification.



Senator Limmer moved that S.F. 660, be recommended to pass. - MOTION CARRIED.

S.F. 624: Senator Betzold: Marriage solemnization procedures modifications.



Senator Higgins moved that S.F. 624, as amended, be recommended to pass. - MOTION CARRIED.

S.F. 323: Senator Olseen: Criminal offenders in county or regional jails booking fees increase.



Senator Higgins moved that S.F. 323, as amended, be recommended to pass. - MOTION CARRIED.

S.F. 675: Senator Higgins: Fourth judicial district abandonment of nonfelony bail and disposition of forfeited sums.



Senator Higgins moved that S.F. 675, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the Finance Committee. - MOTION CARRIED.
