Senator Mee Moua called the meeting to order at 3:13 PM. Quorum was reached at 3:08 PM.

S.F. 167: Senator Sparks: Unemployment insurance provisions modification.



Senator Higgins moved that S.F. 167, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the Finance Committee. - MOTION CARRIED.

Senator Betzold moved that S.F. 463, be recommended to pass. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 322: Senator Betzold: Tetrahydrocannabinol and alcohol use by pregnant women mandatory reporting requirement; civil commitment chemically dependent pregnant women early intervention treatment.



Senator Betzold moved that S.F. 322, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the Finance Committee. - MOTION CARRIED.
