Senator Yvonne Prettner Solon called the meeting to order at 3:08 pm and announced that a quorum was present.

S.F. 239: Senator Sheran: Renewable energy production incentive payments eligibility extension.



Senator Sheran moved that S.F. 239, be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Finance Committee. - MOTION PREVAILED.
