Senator Leo T. Foley called the meeting to order at 12:32p.m.

S.F. 16: Senator Murphy: Seat belt use law expansion and violation as primary offense, surcharge imposition for offenders.



Senator Higgins moved that S.F. 16, be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Finance Committee. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 301: Senator Cohen: Public defense board transcript payment appropriation.



Senator Cohen moved that S.F. 301, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the Finance Committee. - MOTION PREVAILED.
