Senator D. Scott Dibble called the meeting to order at 12:42pm.

S.F. 189: Senator Bonoff: Light rail transit I-394 corridor metropolitan council study.



Senator Bonoff moved that S.F. 189, be laid on the table. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 190: Senator Bonoff: Motor vehicle sales tax proceeds revenues deposit requirements modification; transit fund creation.



Senator Bonoff moved that S.F. 190, be laid over. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 228: Senator Rest: Transportation endowment fund and transit fund creation.



Senator Rest moved that S.F. 228, be laid over.

S.F. 223: Senator Sieben: High speed rail line bond issue and appropriation.



Senator Sieben moved that S.F. 223, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the .
