Senator Mee Moua called the meeting to order at 3:07 PM. Quorum was reached at 3:19 PM.

S.F. 372: Senator Gerlach: Crime of ticket scalping repeal.



Senator Scheid moved that S.F. 372, be recommended to pass. - MOTION CARRIED.

S.F. 302: Senator Foley: Phlebotomists blood sample from DWI offenders authorization; criminal vehicular operation law modification.



Senator Foley moved that S.F. 302, as amended, be recommended to pass. - MOTION CARRIED.

S.F. 212: Senator Fischbach: Carbon monoxide alarm installation requirement exemption for electric single family dwellings.



Senator Moua moved that S.F. 212, be laid over.

S.F. 300: Senator Higgins: Public defense system modifications.



Senator Higgins moved that S.F. 300, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the Finance Committee. - MOTION PREVAILED.
