Senator Thomas M. Bakk called the meeting to order at 9:06 AM.

S.F. 3476: Senator Langseth: Regional emerging investment fund and seed capital investment income tax credits.



Senator Bakk moved that S.F. 3476, as amended, laid over and may become part of omnibus bill. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 1950: Senator Bakk: Bloomington mall of America tax increment financing district duration extension, tax increment district boundaries adjustment and sales tax exemption for construction materials and equipment used for mall improvements.



Senator Bakk moved that S.F. 1950, be laid over and maybe considered for omnibus bill. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 3271: Senator Bakk: Small business investment company credit.



Senator Bakk moved that S.F. 3271, be laid over and maybe considered for omnibus bill. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 2869: Senator Bakk: Omnibus Tax Bill.



Senator Bakk moved that S.F. 2869, be laid over. - MOTION ADOPTED.
