Senator Thomas M. Bakk called the meeting to order at 8:40 AM.

S.F. 58: Duluth food and beverage sales tax rate increase for entertainment and convention center.



Senator Pogemiller moved that S.F. 58, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the Finance Committee. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 60: Duluth PERA postemployment benefits accounts establishment.



Senator Ortman moved that S.F. 60, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the Finance Committee. - MOTION PREVAILED.
