Senator Satveer S. Chaudhary called the meeting to order at 12:35.

S.F. 3550: Senator Skoe: Wild rice provisions modifications.



Senator Chaudhary moved that S.F. 3550, be laid over and maybe considered for omnibus bill.

S.F. 3061: Senator Skoe: Petroleum tank release cleanup PVC piping homeowner reimbursement payment and retail and transport vehicles reimbursment repeal.



Senator Frederickson moved that S.F. 3061, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the Commerce and Consumer Protection Finance and Policy Committee. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 481: Senator Marty: Low emission vehicles California standards adoption.



Senator Dibble moved that S.F. 481, as amended and referred to the without recommendation. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 3237: Senator Olson: Public waters structures natual resources department rulemaking requirement.



Senator Anderson moved that S.F. 3237, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the . - MOTION PREVAILED.

Senator Chaudhary moved that S.F. 3428, be laid over.
