Senator Thomas M. Bakk called the meeting to order at 9:55 AM.

S.F. 3217: Senator Sparks: Austin tax increment financing district authorized use.



Senator Bakk moved that S.F. 3217, be laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus Tax Bill. - MOTION ADOPTED.

H.F. 3201: Senator Bakk: Omnibus tax bill.



Senator Larson moved that H.F. 3201, as amended, be recommended to pass. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 3009: Senator Sheran: Mankato sales and use tax revenues use authority expansion and other local taxes imposition authority.



Senator Bakk moved that S.F. 3009, as amended, laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 3176: Senator Latz: Hopkins tax increment financing district restriction elimination.



Senator Bakk moved that S.F. 3176, be laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill. - MOTION ADOPTED.
