Absent: Senator Thomas M. Neuville, Senator Julianne E. Ortman, Senator Linda Scheid

Senator Mee Moua called the meeting to order at 3:13 pm. Quorum was reached at 3:20 pm.

S.F. 16: Senator Murphy: Seat belt use law expansion and violation as primary offense, surcharge imposition for offenders.



Senator Olson moved that S.F. 16, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the Finance Committee. - MOTION CARRIED.
