Absent: Senator Andrew R. Lang

Chair D. Scott Dibble called the meeting to order at 3:52pm. After each agenda item time, the committee opened to discussion and potential amendments.

S.F. 4056: Senator Hawj: Full-service office establishment by authorizing the appointment of a driver\'s license agent at the Hmong Village Shopping Center in St. Paul.

Senator Hawj moved the A1 amendment. This motion prevailed via voice vote and the A1 amendment adopted.
