Senator John A. Hoffman called the meeting to order at 3:04pm. Senator Fateh took the gavel at 3:44pm. Senator Hoffman took the gavel at 3:46pm.

Wendy Jones: Executive Director; Minnesota Alliance of Recover Community Organizations 3. Dr. Charles Reznikoff, MD, FACP, FASAM: Addiction Medicine at Hennepin County Medical Center 4. Will Lycan: Executive Director; Minnesota Association of Sober Homes Senator Abeler moved that the A1 amendment be adopted. MOTION ADOPTED
