Senator John A. Hoffman called the meeting to order at 3:04pm. Senator Fateh took the gavel at 3:44pm. Senator Hoffman took the gavel at 3:46pm.

S.F. 3973: Senator Mann: Sober home requirements modification.

The following individuals testified on S.F.3973: 1. Edward Krumpotich, MA: Drug Policy Lead & Grassroots Level Consultant; Minnesota Harm Reduction Collaborative 2. Wendy Jones: Executive Director; Minnesota Alliance of Recover Community Organizations 3. Dr. Charles Reznikoff, MD, FACP, FASAM: Addiction Medicine at Hennepin County Medical Center 4. Will Lycan: Executive Director; Minnesota Association of Sober Homes Senator Abeler moved that the A1 amendment be adopted. MOTION ADOPTED

Senator Mann moved that S.F. 3973, as amended, laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 3733: Senator Utke: Foster care licensing moratorium modification.

The following individuals testified on S.F.3734: 1. Sara Grafstrom: Senior Director of State and Federal Policy; AARM Senator Utke moved that the A1 amendment be adopted. MOTION ADOPTED

Senator Utke moved that S.F. 3733, as amended, laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 3734: Senator Utke: Home and community-based standards modification.

S.F. 3634: Senator Abeler: State-only funding permission of personal care assistance services provided by parents or spouses.

The following individuals testified on S.F.3634: 1. Tyler Dahlen, Parent 2. Marlley Vavra, Parent 3. Kristy Graume: Legislative Director of Behavioral Health, Housing, Deaf and Hard of Hearing, and Disability Services; Minnesota Department of Human Services

Senator Abeler moved that S.F. 3634, be laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill. - MOTION ADOPTED.
