Senate Files 931 was passed by the committee in 2011, and returned under Rule 47. Unless there are amendments, this bill will be passed back to General Orders without further discussion.
     
     The authors of Senate Files 953 and 956 have amendments to offer. As a result, we will accept debate and testimony on those bills.
     
     Senate File 1190 will be withdrawn from the agenda.
