S.F. 509 Limmer Voter photo identification requirement; picture identification issuance provisions; provisional balloting procedure establishment; electronic polling place roster use requirement; recount procedure enacting; appropriating money.

Following the presentations by the authors, testimony will be accepted. Due to the number of people wishing to testify, we will need to limit testimony to three (3) minutes, and ask testifiers to sign up with the Committee Administrator prior to the hearing.
