Senator Gary H. Dahms called the meeting to order at 10:33 a.m. A quorum was present. Senator Hayden was excused.

S.F. 327: Senator Anderson: Military pay or benefits assignment prohibition and penalties and remedies.



Senator Koran moved that S.F. 327, as amended, be recommended to pass. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 2973: Senator Benson: Breast cancer screening procedures (mammograms) coverage requirements.



Senator Utke moved that S.F. 2973, be recommended to pass. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 2028: Senator Utke: Mental health and medical benefits parity requirement; mental health and substance use disorder definition; health plan transparency requirement; commissioners of health and commerce accountability.



Senator Utke moved that S.F. 2028, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the State Government Finance and Policy and Elections Committee. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 3715: Senator Housley: Video games containing system of further purchasing of randomized rewards disclosure requirement.
