Senator Warren Limmer called the meeting to order at 1:09. Quorum Present

S.F. 3638: Senator Koran: Snowmobile or all-terrain vehicle privileges revocation following DWI conviction.



Senator Hall moved that S.F. 3638, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the Environment and Natural Resources Policy and Legacy Finance Committee. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 2977: Senator Goggin: Passing parked emergency vehicles provisions modification.



Senator Hall moved that S.F. 2977, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the Transportation Finance and Policy Committee. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 3300: Senator Ingebrigtsen: Ignition interlock requirement for repeat driving impaired offenders; driving without a license after DWI-related offense not a payable offense.



Senator Limmer moved that S.F. 3300, be laid on the table. - MOTION CARRIED.

S.F. 2755: Senator Limmer: Prior offenses supporting a first degree driving while impaired (DWI) conviction list expansion.



Senator Limmer moved that S.F. 2755, as discussed, laid over. - MOTION CARRIED.

S.F. 2704: Senator Jasinski: Transportation network companies regulation (re-referral).



Senator Hall moved that S.F. 2704, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the Transportation Finance and Policy Committee. - MOTION PREVAILED.
